Our all-inclusive packages are just the beginning and pricing depends on the amount of guests you will have. We don't design them, we allow you to be the one in charge of creating your special day. We are here to guide you, help you meet your budget, but most of all make it fun and stress free. Consider us your family, your team, your cheerleaders who want to make sure you have the perfect experience.
(Wedding DATE: Any wedding date can be reserved with a $500 non-refundable deposit / this amount goes towards the total cost of wedding.)
Here is what we would include in your wedding package, pricing will depend on the # of guests.
- Venue access (12pm - 11pm)
- Bridal & Groom suites
- 15 Farm tables and 30 benches that fit up to 150 / Round tables & chairs up to 200
- White linens or runners if you choose to use them

- Wedding Signage
- Basic Decor
- Draping fabric
- Wedding Cake (discount offered if you bring your own)
- Cake cutting, plates, napkins and cutlery
- Catering (discount offered if you bring your own)
- DJ for 4hrs. (discount offered if you bring your own)
- Photographer for 5 hrs. (discount offered if you bring your own) She also includes 400 edited images of your wedding on a USB, an online gallery and the rights to print as many images as you would like. Also a 30 min. engagement session with 15 edited images and the ability for you to choose to do your photoshoot session anywhere within Hillsborough county.

- Several lantern options.
- Tall cylinder vases sets w/battery operated candles.
- Silver or gold mercury votive holders w/battery operated votives/tea lights.
- Charger plates (Silver, Gold, Faux Wood & Rustic)
- Any decorations we may already have at SoireEstate

Day of Event Coordinator - Sandy Baez:
- Client/Planner Meetings (Initial Meeting, Timeline Meeting & Final Meeting before wedding rehearsal) with exception to the first several brides who agreed to have wedding planner (agreed upon at initial meeting).
- Unlimited contact with coordination by phone and email
- All decor offered.
- General Checklist for couple
- Finalize day of arrangements; delivery date, arrival time, quantities, etc. w/ all vendors within 10 days before the event
- Staff of 4 workers per standard wedding.
- Manage timing of ceremony
- Set up, breakdown and returning venue to original state when completing the job.
- Direct any vendors to set up and where
- Oversee set up to ensure all commitments are fulfilled per couple's request
- Maintain and coordinate timeline for all events during reception
- Stay in communication with vendors and staff to ensure running smoothly

- Give marriage license to officiant
